Andrew is the founder of Deltago and of Coaches for Cancer Research.
He is a UK native, living in Munich since 1993 with his wife and and son (13). With a background in systems engineering, international marketing leadership and sport he has been coaching since 2014.
ICF ACC, he has multiple health related coaching certifications and coaches both in English and German
Thomas Röthemeier
Thomas is a qualified psychologist, (DPA-Deutsche Psychologen Akademie) intercultural business-trainer and supervisior. He offers training and coaching to individuals and teams. His customers are looking to develop personally and on an inter-relational bases.
He has worked with small, medium and international companies as well as non-profit organizations.

Anna is a regulatory professional with 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
She is Italian of origin and lives in Switzerland since 2014 with her family.
As a team leader and people leader, she became passionate about coaching and graduated from Awaken Coach Institute (ICF accredited body) in 2022. She practices coaching regularly and coaches both in English and Italian.
