Coach for Cancer Research sign-up

Sign up page for coaches volunteering their time to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

#1 – Please submit the filled out form, and send a photo image to C4CR@Deltago.de.
#2 – You will be featured on the choose a coach page as long are you have “credits” left.
#3 – When you are chosen, I will confirm with you before sending a mail to both coach and client to arrange the session.
#4 – Please link back from your website to the Coaches for Cancer Research page.
#5 – Please contribute in Linked-In and encourage your clients to do the same.
